  • Couples meet for 75-minutes during their first initial session. This ensures our bases are covered and no one feels rushed.

After our first couples session each partner will complete an in-depth online assessment at home. From there your therapist will ask to meet with each partner 1 on 1 for a half hour.

After those individual sessions, couples therapy sessions are 60-minutes long, usually at a weekly or biweekly cadence. Your therapist will work with you and your partner to create a treatment plan that makes sense for your goals.
